I know very little about him but he has taken a small newly promoted team with a very little budget and managed to get them to finish 8th in La Liga above teams like Espanyol, Betis and Getafe. Whilst also playing attractive football.

Wouldn't have any favourites amongst the squad and like LDC he'll probably left to it rather than having interference from above.

I watched an intervew with him on Revista podcast y'day and he said we had made contact through his agent. He is interested in managing in England as well. Seemed a very intelligent man who 'knows his role' and keeps his feet on the ground
