Just got back, thought I would have a look at this board and can't believe the amount of posts moaning about the Defence and picking out certain individuals for special critisism.

FFsake. We sit 5 points clear at the top and whether you whinging ars es like it or not this slow lousy defense with it useless individuals are the tightest defense in the entire football league.

92 clubs and we have conceded fewer than any of them!

So will all you moaning, whinging Po nces, just for once be HAPPY at the position we are in and actually start to support the team ALL of them!

Exactly. Coventry played well and King was trouble for 90 mins.
Yet rather than accept that the other team is gonna play well sometimes certain people would rather point fingers and moan about our own players.

Just the kind of performance and win that gets you Championships - in previous years we would never have come back. Coventry were very solid and whatever you think of King as an individual he looked Premiership class and was a real handful - we did well to keep them to one. I for one am delighted with today and am v happy and indeed proud to be an R tonight.

So worry about that in the summer IF we get promoted! We can't and don't need to do anything about now so why even mention it!?

You probably didn't rate Ian Evatt a Premiership standard either last year but he's done alright for Blackpool so far!

And for what it's worth, this squad will get us up, but it's obvious that we will then need to spend to keep us up. Not a problem for us. And not a reason to quell the joy and happiness we should be feeling.
