According to the Millwall fans I know, yes.
They feel he should never have been in the Prem, not up to it.

Incidentally, have seen someone say he's like Stewart --- no, no, no!!
Stewart was inferior from the moment he replaced Shittu -- we waited for him to improve, and he didn't.
Some people instantly seemed to forget how good Shittu was.
Whether or not he's still that good remains to be seen -- perhaps he's another one who will find his form and confidence under NW -- after all, his confidence has probably taken a knock with his failure to step up to the Prem.
