How have Tottenham plans dictated this? I can only guess they need to build a runnoing track somewhere to compensate for destryoying the one at the Olympic site if they get it. So what - they have decided out of the whole world to place it on the site of Selhurst Park? That has to be a bit embarrassing. But funny as ****

If they were going to do a track around that area they would surely just bring the one they alrady have at Crystal Palace national Sports Centre up to date, but who knows maybe that is CPFC's poss location?
