I know I keep going on about this, but the club seriously needs to look at increasing the capacity at LR or moving ground. If we are going to cement ourselves as a premiership club in years to come, we need a larger capacity than 18k! Surely they should be sorting this kind of thing out now? At the end of the day, larger capacity=larger incomes and less costs to our owners.

I think the club should actually concentrate on filling the ground we have got, simple solution is to move away fans to the Ellerslie Rd Stand. That would give as 2000 more seats for R's fans, I don't understand where some fans think all these new fans will come from to fill a larger ground?I know I keep going on about this, but the club seriously needs to look at increasing the capacity at LR or moving ground. We have probably sold 90%+ of every HOME seat available this year. Its the away fans that let us down. Anyway if we were in the prem, demand would go through the roof-we would defo sellout 25000 if there was the facilities.
IMO I'd like us to move to a new stadium but can't see it happening. Now, Then, Forever[CENTER]QPR-Football League CHAMPIONSComment

Sorry, disagree
Will only be proved when we go up, but look at all clubs that have got promoted in last 10 years, crowds increase by around 30%, in the case of Wigan even moreALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Bernie doesn't get involved with projects unless there is long term success forecast/predicted. He is heavily involved with the White City site/area currently occupied by the BBC. Once the beeb move out the area is ready for development.
Bernie will take QPR to the next level as he's in it for the long term. He's made his fortune by understanding and backing sound business opportunities QPR being one of them.
As James said, this subject has been kicked around a lot already this season on this and most other QPR boards22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!Comment

Just look at Cardiff-they always get over 20k, they never used to get much above 13k at Ninnian Park.

Don't think it's possible.I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

The issue is where?!
If they took the offices out of SAR they could there I suppose but we need to move really. As much as I love LR, its just to dated to be a Premiership ground. We need to move on.Now, Then, Forever[CENTER]QPR-Football League CHAMPIONSComment
