most people are living in the past on here, yes shittu was good in the PAST! does not mean he's going to be good now. i personally would like to see a defender or two come in because we seriously lack cover at the back but geting shittu back is not the answer. as for people slagging off gorkks name me a better centerhalf in the last 5/10 years for the hoops? dominant in the air, hard in the tackle and gives 110 percent what more do you want?
if you have seen or watched shittu play this year you would know that he has been a bit of a donkey to be fair and is why millwall would be willing to let him go.
keep it up kaspers quality.

Don't think anyone is saying that S.hittu would be a stellar signing. And most concede that he suffered badly in the Premiership. But at this level he is proven and we are only talking about cover. There are a lot of forwards in this division he could cope with. And for those reasons would be a good signing for six months and take it from there.

we need too build a squad and team for the premiership not the 1st division, and out of contract ex players over 30 who have left us and came back via watford, boton and millwall aint what a club on the cusp of the premiership needs imho.

Well seeing as we are not the 'Money Bags QPR' that the press love to label us and our owners are not interested in parting with their fortunes do you not think it would make sense to get someone like S hittu on a free and let Warnock use what small cash he has on a decent striker.
Also GTP you still havent answered my question. When did you see S hittu play and come to your conclusion that he's finished or is that just a generalisation because you believe we should be buying a centre half for 2 or 3m?
