To an extent yes, but I could be overreacting because I'm half-Welsh too...

My point is, with Diouf (and with Bellamy) it's an unnecessary addition to the insult, and weakens your point, and in fact may make people disregard what should be your main focus.

Diouf is an idiot, seems to be a liar(or really forgetful at best), and a nasty piece of work. All of which has nothing to do with his race.

Same with Bellamy.
