To be honest I knew very little of Clint Hill other than what the Palace fans were saying about him on here.

On the evidence ive seen of Hill since, I would take him over Shotton every day of the week.

Although I do trust Neils judgement on a player, and im guessing he would only be backup.

He's a big lad from what I remeber, but not all that quick which is what we need at the back. Didn't look all that assured on the ball either.

But saying that, I wasn't exactly analysing his game, so if Neil wants him then I trust he knows more than me about the player.
