Dear Jamie,

Have you tried running in that cast yet? It's not that difficult as I learnt spending almost 2months in one when I had a full anterolateral ankle reconstruction. Give it a whirl fella and look on the bright side; you'd still be better than Clarke.

Hopefully Sir you won't need an op to put it right. Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery fella.
