is he that bad? I am reading a lot of negative stuff on here, but he must have some talent surely? If its the attitude problem hes got, or laziness - maybe Warnock is the one to bring the best out of him. Not saying hed be an ideal signing, but maybe he will prove people wrong? Good article about the Jan transfer window linked on this thread to the Independent, thanks to Stanley. Just shows what a massive jigsaw it all is and if we do have targets (West Ham say they have 15) many are likely to be linked to four or five other moves, a bit like a property chain. I've no problem with the club taking their time and waiting to see which half decent striker will suddenly find himself superflous at a Premiership club, just so long as they are actually in the market for one.
