Norwich tomorrow. Help needed...

All. I ordered my ticket online for this on 28 December. I have been away from home for a couple of nights and I have just got home. My ticket has not arrived. I have just called the box office and they closed at 1.00pm. Not happy. Any ideas who I can contact now or tomorrow morning?

bought some extra tickets on 26th for Bristol game and was told that all tickets for games over the new year would be held for collection, so your should be waiting for you at Norwich

Hmm this happened to me a while ago but the box office was open. If I were you I would ring them tomorrow morning to make them aware and they will have another ticket produced for you at Norwich.

Just called Norwich Box Office. The said I would need to call QPR Box Office in the morning as they have no record of purchases made through QPR. Thanks all for your help.

It was not meant as a dig but its common knowledge royal mail are poor most of the time so what do you expect over the festive period?

Well if the tickets are available online to be booked and the man wants to book them then mail or not he books them. I have done it many times for people a day before a game & just picked them up at the box office, he just wasn't aware of that.
