And then where we score and concede

Penaly area 14 and 2

Have said this all season, I'm much more confident after the break once NW identifies where we're going wrong & gets into them at half time. Last 2 games we have looked a different team 2nd half.

I think faurlin seems to react to a half time team talk the most, although I agree the team come out like a different side. We are lucky to have such a gifted manager.

Me too, but I honestly don't reckon he rips into them like we've seen him do on that youtube clip. I reckon he's a lot more chilled than what we think.

One thing is for sure though, we have good players who can take instructions & carry them out.

Yeah he has definately mellowed out with age.

Hence why he is more patient with Tarbs.

He is a brilliant man manager and IMHO him and holloway really know how to get the best out of a player.

Agree with Coney - so many games we have looked a different team second half. Remember Boro - arguably they were the better side first half, then second half we ripped them to shreds.

Interesting about where the goals are conceded and scored. A lot of our long range scoring must be down to Tabs I guess. As for letting in a surprising number from long distance I think you have to give our defence some credit in that when we were on our incredible run it was only unstoppable long range screamers (eg the goal by the Reading player, Long I think) that they were letting past them. If you are going to let in goals better those than being out-manouvered at the near post. Just one point on our goals scored: our relatively low number of goals scored from within the six yard box as against long range efforts - an argument for a fox in the box to bag a few more "cheap" goals rather than always relying on the spectacular?
