The two defeats were disappointing but I did feel that the defence got harshly harrangued at that time - despite the goals we let in then we were still the league's most miserly defence by miles.
Anyway, that's water under the bridge now and they've bounced back with two shut outs - that's best way to answer any critic I reckon so well done to the back line!

Agreed. Lots of fans seem to be going on about the need to sign a new centre back but to me we already have the best two in the division with another quite handy one on the bench (ok, on the treatment table).

To be fair I think playing 3 teams over Christmas in the top 6 I would have accepted 6 points but now avoiding defeat at the carrot crunchers I will be chuffed
