Nothing wrong with Thatcher. One of our greatest Prime Ministers. She would have sorted this horrendous mess left by Labour. The demands of tube drivers these days is an absolute joke. Most of them are on 40k with free travel for them and a spouse plus a good pension with excellent holidays. Sounds like a good deal to me in the current economic climate with so many out of a job.

Find me a tube driver not earning around 40k a year???? And why does a person who thinks Maggie did a good job get accused of reading the Daily Mail?? I certainly don't! Maggie would have crushed people like Bob Crow. Shame people like our nurses and soldiers are not asking for triple pay and a day off in lieu tomorrow. They're the ones who deserve it. Most LU staff are not in the real world!

45k a year plus 56 days holiday plus overtime plus pension but still not enough!

lets keep striking and use public safety as the main issue
