to tell you the truth, i don't look at what other teams are doing, they don't interest me, i only watch what my team does.
Seeing that they are top at christmas that will do me, 2 defeats so far, can't be bad.
And it's the same set of players you are moaning about that have given me my best christmas for years, onwards and, well can't say upwards we are already TOP.

As others have said not just in this thread but many of the others currently doing the rounds everyone wants us to strengthen. Everyone can see we don't have depth and we are lacking quality in crucial areas BUT so are other teams and that is the reason why despite our recent dip we still sit on top. However if those teams buy in the January sales and bring in the missing quality then we could find ourselves in trouble. Most of the teams around the top depend on one or two players and require one or two players to make the difference. We are no different. The team(s) who keep their best players fit and bring in the missing links will get promoted those who don't/can't will miss out. I think we are finding out that this season won't be about having the Blackpool spirit to get you up but it will be about being the best of a bad bunch.

Matthew you basically condemned half the team, the same players who have kept us at the top of the table all season. I agree with your usual posts about needing a striker but slating half the team as being not good enough is not only inaccurate but a bit of a liberty.

With just two players on the pitch it's more likely that it will equal relegation!
