  • Shaun Derry and Clint Hill....

have now had 2 poor games on the bounce. Derry not helping the defence out. Getting caught in possession too many times. Hill is painfully slow at times. Offers not much going forward and is obsessed with a long diagonal ball up to Hulse. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Have their season's peaked??

They owe us a big game against Swansea.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Hill was never a left back that we needed imo, Derry against watford was left horrible exposed and really struggled, didn't go to leeds so cant say, it seems that in the space of two games nerves and confidence has been dented.

I was of the impression that they both mainly were bought to play a part when "the goings get tough" and all that.Hence, I think Warnock will buy two players who can replace them when needed. Look at their age. Both Hill and Derry needs a rest during a season.

      My view only.

Why not buy Antony Annan from Rosenborg.

Regarding Derry needs help, PVM might cope with a job in the C.midfield as well.
