Bristol City manager Keith Millen has been named npower Championship Manager of the Month for November.

Millen's side picked up 10 points in the month, which included a win at Swansea City's Liberty Stadium.

Doncaster Rovers striker James Hayter has been named npower Championship Player of the Month for November.

Hayter netted four goals in consecutive games against Millwall, Burnley, Portsmouth and Swansea City.

It might have something to do with his transition from league 2 to scoring goals in the championship. Recently bought from Bournemouth Pete.

Love it you don't know who Keith Millen is but then you try to act that you know about James Hayter.

Recently bought? They signed him in 2007. Yes he's gone from League 2 to the Championship but not recently as you are suggesting. He went from League 2 to League One and got promoted with Doncaster and scored in 5 consecutive matches during Oct/Nov.

You made a statement, told another poster that they should read your post and your post was wrong hence my response.

Hayter wasn't recently bought but you've tried to make out that you know who he is when you've already shown you don't even know the name of one of the manager in this division but if that's not being nice then I wouldn't want to know how you react when you watch a horror film.

My response to your post wasn't a moderating issue. I don't care if I'm a moderator or not and I've argued that with you before. I help moderate because Myu asked me too but if I wasn't one it would not bother me in the slightest.

I'd like to debate with you as I would with everyone else but if my position of moderator is somehow used against me everytime I have a difference of opinion I will resign that position.
