    premiership rules

After listening to talksport last night talking about the rules with regard to blackpool not having undersoil heating,I remember them saying some time back that our ground was not being up to prem standard , can't remember for what reason, but having been to the shithole that is Fratton park, if that meets prem standard then surely we must be ok our ground is almost futureristic compared to that dump

It must be premiership standard, they let Foohlam play in it while in the premiership...
Don't you just love Gianni "I've never done nothing wrong for this club" Paladini..

Yes, it is fine. Best ground within 3 blocks.

Pretty sure Foolham still don't have undersoil heating and they have had years of Prem money to sort it out.

I know they still didn't a couple of years ago.

You also have to have loads of power and comms cabling in place for Sky to plug into for live matches... pretty sure if Foolham stayed at LR another year they would have been obliged to pay for all that gubbings to be plumbed in.
I assume that you get 3 years-ish grace after getting promoted to get it all sorted.
