Sorry I am not really understanding your point here... Are you trying to say the ball hit his shoulder? If so I would suggest watching the replays again and if you still think it was his shoulder then I would suggest stronger glasses.

Yes sorry I meant Shoulder as his arms were down. So even if it hit his arm it was not a penalty because had been down (Fifa rule).
