There were hundreds of fans locked out of the ground and missed the first ten minutes. They knew how many fans there would be, so why so few turnstiles open. We were also told that the turnstiles for SA Rd were closed so we had to queue up with everyone trying to get into the Upper Loft. Finally someone discovered that there was one (why only one, who knows) bloke checking tickets at the SA Rd entrance. Not a steward in site and the police just said "I dunno" when asked. Poor effort from the club.
