    atmosphere today...

    was absolutely scintillating. awesome.
    but the questions are:
    1) why did it take a big game like today's to bring that atmosphere back? why havent we done that every home game this season?
    2) can we replicate it for the rest of the season?

fantastic support today, and a big, big win.
    YOU R'S!

It's the same at most clubs....it can't be electric every week.....because then there is no such thing as a big occasion.

It is the way of things and I have been going for long enough to know that anyone that comes on here and says the atmosphere always used to be great has their old age specs on.

It's never going to be like every week people aren't going to get quite so excited if we're strolling to a 2-0 win over a bottom of the table side! But agreed the atmosphere was absolutely superb today I had the best day I've had at Rangers in a long time!

            Don't forget...

it helps when the away end is packed and noisy as was the case today and against the fake hoops....

4 or 500 away fans is hardly enough to generate much of a desire to out sing or drown out is it....

as stated that's why you notice it when it is a big game atmosphere and why the volume is cranked up....

the noise sounded deafening on the FLS tonight at the final whistle...

your right ahR - some of the away crowds are so pathetic that is can damage our noise too.

The good thing about yesterday was that noise seemed to come from every part of the stadium (except LL of course ;) ) - that is what we need.
