Good point. Now Spurs are in the Champs League, they'll be taking the next step to ensure last seasons qualification was no fluke. This January could be an interesting one with regards to Spurs. If they spend big, with recent media suggesting Harry has challenged the board to splash out, then it could be the end of some of the fringe players. Spurs can now attract the likes of VDV and similar standard of players. Youngsters like Walker, will find their chances of getting game time much slimmer.
But just as Walker has caught the eye with R's fans, sure as hell his impressive displays have alerted other clubs.
I just hope we have the balls to cough up some serious wedge if and when he becomes available.
In my opinion , what ever he costs, his price will only go up in the next few years.
Is it too early to predict he'll be playing for England in a few years?
