Season Ticket scarfs

Does anyone know where to collect these from ? Box Office or Club Shop or elsewhere ?
I'm assuming I just show my season ticket to whoever to acquire ?

By ID, I'm assuming credit or debit cards are sufficient.
No need for a passport ?

Passport or driving licence would think, not got mine yet.

I got mine from the "tickets for collection" booth near the club shop.
No ID, just showed them our 4 ST's, which they scanned, then handed over the scarves.

Best take my DNA kit just in case.

it's box office at the moment, they need to scan your ST, and that's it, done
