I wouldn't suggest parents taking there kids.

Forget after the match there will be plenty of action pre match so I don't think its worth taking a chance.

What a load of ********,my 5 year old comes to every home game,why should he stay at home,i will leave at the final whistle walk the 10 minutes to my car and not have 1 confrontation.

As already said on here if you are in the slight bit worried about violence then try to be in the ground before 2:30 and you'll be fine...

The majority of those looking for trouble are likely to be inhabiting pubs until relatively near kickoff...

I've been attending games home and away for 20 years always trying to be in the ground by 2:30 and only once witnessed any trouble and that was Bristol away 2-2 draw pre-takeover when we made the mistake Of wearing colours and I'd wager 90% of our support that day encountered trouble through no fault of their own

I remember last season v Cardiff at home, the QPR fans were held back by the police on SA Road after the game, to allow the CCFC fans to get on their coaches!
For a good 40 minutes... I was one of them.

Tail wags the f*cking dog. It was stupid.

This time, just hold them in the ground, with a few baton weilding coppers, and allow the streets to clear of families etc..



It's really that simple, and if anyone still wants to have a pop....that's their choice to make.

This is true in 99% of games i have been to both home and away.

The 1% was when i was up for it.

Abolutley agree but the club can still take measures to minimise the risk of trouble outside the ground at the end of the game.
