Its not only Bedbar, why are we not looking at strikers now, surely even Neil can see we could do with some firepower. Maybe he has an ace up his sleeve which he is keeping quiet about though, we all saw how him being so open lost us some of the targets he was after in the close season.

We have a very strict wage structure. He must be on close to 30k a week and unlike Hull we don't have parachute payments so forget the wealth of our owners as a football club we can't compete. We should but we won't sign a proven striker.

Rebel he used to play for spurs but that was about 12 years ago, so getting a player coming to the end of his career.

We don't have a fox in the box, and with Warnocks system we can't really use one(the fox that is) up front as a target man can we? More suited in a 4-4-2, wich we don't have the players for. Our system has brought us to were we are in the league, no reason to change it just because some fans are panicing because we are going through a rough patch scoring wise. We have plenty of goalscorers in Smith, Mackie, Hulse, Helguson, Taarabt. Rowlands is coming back(hopefully) and will chip in, so will Ephram or Vaagan Moen. Most on here were saying in august that if we got Hulse and Smith we would be all good. Both just back in the team, give it some time ffs. It's a marathon, not a sprint
