Ric-Roc might disagree with me but this might be the perfect time just to play one holding midfielder. Preston have conceded 19 on the road from 8 matches meaning that they should be there for the taking and it's the right time to play at least 2 recognised strikers.

Also I believe this is the perfect game to test Plan B. Not because I believe we should be arrogant enough to think that Preston will just roll over but discovering a new system may pay dividens in the future.

That's a good point but as you say 3 points are a must now so maybe playing as we have done at home might be the safer option.

p.s. Can't believe someone voted for Legsofwood!

It was suggested on Radio London that with Connolly back in the centre of defence, Hill would play the Derry role. Personally, think he will revert to left back but it is another option.

Might be a gentle ease back game for Rowly in midfield, but think it will be Legs because of his fitness level.

I say Walker but i think Rowlands will get to play sometime early in the match, a great home comeback.

Mahon is a solid choice IMO.

He did well last season before he got injuried.
