half season tickets - where's the discount

In this current climate i was really hoping Rangers would offer a discount on people getting a half season ticket. I know we are flying high and the gate is going up each home game, but i have been saving like crazy to get my son and myself a couple of tickets and am gutted that there is no real insentive.

I might as well keep the money in my pocket and buy as and when.

If they gave a discount then no doubt people with full season tickets would be here moaning as well.

Why would they. The team is doing well plus how is there any justice to the 7000 odd who paid up front at the start of the season. There has been enough offers on ticket sales already which means I am likely to be out of pocket already for buying a full ticket early.

There will be no discount for half-season tickets even for kids. I've just spoken with the club and questioned why an under 16 for the year is £99 and for half-season its £180. The answer was it guarantees you a seat for the rest of the season and first refusal on a full one for next year. Not a particular attractive offer is it?
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Too right i would, that's the idea of 'Early Bird', miss it and you lose out.
Not saying there shouldn't be incentives but come on.

Couldn't justify the expense of three ST's back in August but can now!! and just wanted a small discount!
