I am confused with people saying 4 year plan for promotion or 4 year plan for CL football??

Well looking through the shortlist, I guess if it has come to this, I would proably go for Adie Boothroyd. At least he has had some experience in promoting watford and spending a season in the premiership, anyone agree with me?

Don't believe this list to be true. Any journo could pick 4 managers at random as say they are on our shortlist. I can even do it now: Blackpool's shortlist is O'Leary, Holloway, Graham and Tigana doesn't mean I am right though.
