More than enough quality to accomodate him in our side, he was the standout player for them when we beat them last season , 5-2 @ loftus road

So who would you drop and what would this mean for Smith? I think he is a very good player but Smith and Buzsaky could play a similar role.

I think what this team is lacking is either somebody to play off Hulse or Helguson or a goal scoring CM.

When injuries hit I think itd be great to have a quality player like that in the squad but agree its not our main priority by a long way. Still need another striker I think

At least Hamill is a championship player, Le fondre would be a hell of a gamble as Rotherham wont let him go for less than £1m, if we're gonna go down that route i would prefer Charlie Austin!!!!!!

Yea defo take your point, firstly you can only score against what's in front of you & other times it's worth taking a punt on a lower league consistent striker. Remember a young guy named Les who we signed from Hayes?

Correct you are wrong.

Les signed for us in 1987 after playing for Southall & Hayes... we then sent him out on loan for a season a year later to Brentford (3 games) & Besiktas (season) to get some experience.
