What Would Be Your First 11 V Burnley?

I'd be a little more attacking and go for Smith over Hogan.

    Kenny
    Walker
    Gorkss
    Connolly
    Hill

    Mackie
    Faurlin
    Derry
    Smith

    Tarrabt

    Helguson

Switch Mackie to the left, and Smith on for Hogan. Hulse up front if Heidar is injured

Good team Paul and definately the best side I have seen put up thus far.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

You know what - I'd give German a run out instead of Hogan. I think him AND Helguson would be a handful, with Mackie picking up the scraps.

Paul and weareqpr12 you would start with

                Hulse??

as for German, well down the pecking order

                  smith in for hogan.

if buz is fit him in for taarabt.

if HH is fit he starts as its not the right time to introduce hulse as a starter.

would expect gorkks to shine against burnley as he will have a bread and butter aerial battle against iwelumo.

Agree with that, the team I've been advocating for a few weeks now. anyone who say hulse come on against bristol cd hardly argue he is ready to start a match for the reasons Pete stated. Hope he comes good as a lot resting on him but he looked way short of match fitness. Good to have on the bench tho and maybe hope he can get in a reserve/ friendly meanwhile.

Hulse will be good -- but not yet. Nowhere near match-fit.
