means that the new person hired as manager/coach/puppet is on a hiding to nothing,will not have his own players,have players forced on him by an inept sporting director and be told who to pick and how to play by fat boy,so it dont matter who gets the job as their banjaxed from the start, get me a knife and a radiohead album,we are all doomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
