Seriously, where would he go? He aint a striker and we are not shy of midfielders. I know Olly is said to have rated him but even his praise was tainted a bit with "in years to come". Not sure about this. I have no difficulty picking up assets anywhere but this one doesn't really inspire. Would still be dead(er) chuffed with an out and out striker if we are getting busy with loans.

Gax - My point is we could do far better than 19 yr old " not really found his position but can play up front" sort of strikers. We want a striker and should get an out and out one not a make do and mend jobbie. I have no real problem with the lad but it is clear he isn't a natural striker (all commentators I've seen who know him better than I seem to agree on that, including Wenger and Olly from a quick read) so I am left wondering why? I don't mind having him in the squad at all. But as a loanee he will be expected to be getting games so he will be team rather than squad. Why? Where? That's all.
