If those comments are genuine, then they are absolutely appalling.
They also don't make sense...why would Flavio say that out loud (even if he is thinking it) - I mean, can he really have that little understanding of that impact they could have? I mean, he must be a reasonably smart guy to get where he is. Odd. Disturbing.

He simply has no concept of the damage he is doing when he opens his gob.

Have to agree he has a real talent for undermining everything we achieve by opening his mouth and putting his size twelves in.

On the plus side, we can always hope that Lippi will find a good steady job in Italy to see him into his retirement - maybe Champions League football and he'll have no real desire to manage in the Premiership anyway despite the overtures of the Orange One and the financial package offered.

If I was Warnock I'd threaten the board with his resignation the next time Briatore opens his fat mouth with any of this type of crap again. Then he'll have no premier league to "dream" of.

If it's true and he is brokering a deal to selling his shares then I think this is calculated, too try and force the sale through?

If thats the case its sheer madness because coming out with this kind of thing can ONLY have a damaging effect on the club, thereby devaluing his shares.

He could be gambling on the fact that the mittels will want him out before it becomes damaging?

The very MOMENT a story like this gets published it becomes 'damaging' because it can ONLY have a destabilising and unsettling effect on the club.

Ulitimately its all speculation but one thing is now crystal clear (if it wasnt already that way) and that is that Briatore is definitely a complete liability and when we're finally rid of him it wont be a second too soon.

His priorities are his ego, greed and self-interest, and definitely NOT Queens Park Rangers FC.

                              Flavio is loopy.
Lippi would be the laughing stock of Italy if he coached QPR, might as well ask Scolari or Mourinho or Pep Guardiola.
