    serious question

and im not (honestly) trying to be negative, but lets say magilton is the new manager and we are looking at players like adebola, dj campbell for our strike force...

how can we say with any conviction we'll improve on last year or compete with teams like west brom?

    answers on a postcard please

Well the whole question is based on a lot of hearsay and conjecture at this point.

Magilton hasn't even been appointed yet and Adebola and Campbell haven't even been in talks yet (the latter I'm not even sure is a player we are after). Also the transfer window isn't even open yet so we don't know the intetions of the board with signings yet. Also we'll hopefully have a lot of a big players back to full fitness.

Not saying that we are good enough to up as it is, but a bit of patience before the doom and gloom sets in would be good for once.
