    What Players Would Jim Bring?

Seems the major consensus is that a new manager should bring in his own players..

If he somehow got the job, what kind of players would he attract?

Does it matter? It's likely the manager still won't be bringing in the players.

would you want to play for a crap manager. Funny how ipswichs fortunes changed in the last 3 games scoring goals for fun when keane came along.

Funny how that happens nearly every time a team gets a new manager.

Well if a player doesn't respect the manager then goodbye to them. I'm pretty sure that none of the players would think he's crap and would more than likely want to impress any new boss.

                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

                      Agreed.

                      Also...

                      Owen Garvan
                      Pablo Counago
                      Giovani Dos Santos
                      Jonathan Walters
                      Dan Harding
                      Richard Wright

All those players could improve our squad.

But Pete you said earlier it will NOT be Jim M.

Sorry to be "picking up on your every word", I know you hate it, but that was a pretty clear statement earlier!

Why would any of them leave Ipswich though? Dos Santos has returned to Spurs anyway.

Mate, I was just answering the question.
They are the only ones I'd take. I also rate Alex Bruce, but we don't need him.

Personally, I don't want JM to take over anyway. As you say, why would any of them want to leave?
They are as good as us and have finances to build. Not only that, they will spend money to get them on the track to promotion.

There is more stability at Ipswich than there is ever likey to be at QPR under the current reigime.

If I was an Ipswich player, I'd stay put.

I hope he brings in players who know a good cab firm.

That way he can get a discount on his taxi back home in three months.
