Might even pop to Westfield as I have never been before or it might be the Isleworth Working Mans Club for a couple

Ikea to get boxes for school, then to Dartford for new trousers for school, then to a different part of Dartford to get steel toe-cap boots for Josie, then Sainsburys in Crayford.
Bit of a mixed bag of a day.

Mate, Co-Codamols are nothing (only got 8mg of Codeine in apparantly, along with the Paracetemol mix), I cracked my ribs and was off a month, they put me on Codeine (30mg each tablet) 2 of (so 60mg), 4 times a day, what they didn't say at the hospital was that i should have only been on them for a week, i kept getting repeat prescriptions for the whole month, ends up i'd od'd on them and they took 3 months to get outta my sysytem, put me on co codamol to wein me off as i couldnt sleep, was getting a twitchy feeling in my body.
I know what you mean by the constipation though, it was like shitting bricks when i finally came off them, get ready for that, it f'in hurts - vaseline is the order of the day, and i'm being serious.

I'm thinking of getting a divorce and killing myself, but Rangers are keeping me alive, I'll have a couple of beers, write a bit, (hopefully) and go to nets tomorrow, but it's been a bloody horrible day. Only positive thing are the beautiful Rangers.
