If you've got sky just add BBC Scotland to other channels.

press services button then select (system setup) then (add channels)
enter the following
frequency- 10.803
polarisation - H
symbol rate- 22000
fec- 5/6
then select find channels use yellow button to store this has bbc scotland 1 and 2 on it
