  • Am I alone ?

In NOT wanting a 2 week break right now ?
Whilst we have our current momentum.
We could be playing 3 games and racking up more points in that time.

On the plus side, the squad & subs bench in particular should be much stronger by the time we play Norwich.
Cerny, Orr, Hall, Legs, Faurlin, Smith, Hulse.

We didn't really play that great yesterday, we missed Faurlin loads so I'm quite happy to have this break.

I think you might be alone. Results don't tell the whole story and we'll be stronger after the international break.

We haven't really played great for the last 3 games, they could had gone either way to be honest. We are missing several key players so a 2 week break will work in our favour more.

Good for me as I get to watch England play again next week but cannot wait to be at Loftus Rd again against Norwich as I think the ground will be rocking that day as Norwich have I believe sold their allocation already and then I have the two midweek away games to look forward to at Swansea and Bristol City where I reckon we can get at least 4 points

Where's Rowlands? I think Walkers loan may be up so Orr will play and Rowley will be on the bench.

As long as all our players who go out on international duty all come back fully fit then I think this break may help us.

But if any come back injured then we may have a bit of a battle on our hands

4 games perhaps, Leicester was a great result but we hardly dominated.

Rowlands, a good call, definitely on bench if Walters returns to Spurs. Although didn't someone say he'd signed for a 2nd month already ?
If so, then Rowly for Legs.

Id say after listening to Warnocks comments after the Millwall game that the players and staff are quite pleased to have this little break. Warnock said he's knackered and the players have shown a little tiredness lately.

Sorry meant Walker, tiny iphone & fat fingers no excuse, I just saw his goal for Stoke before typing, so it must have been in my head.

This break will be worse next weekend especially as England have no game until Tuesday.

But I think as a result of the break we (and the team) will be even more fired up for the Norwich game!!!!

The break will be good for the players to relax and then recharge themselves again.

I think we've done brilliantly to get 7 points from the games this past week.
We've been running on empty at times, and they need a rest.

Same team, no changes, same effort and results.

If we can get Faurlin back, give the likes of Derry and Hill a much needed rest, and get Hulse closer to fitness... this break has come at exactly the right time for the squad.

                            And me, I'm f**king knackered.

I think the break comes at a good time for us now, from what I have read the last two games were not as good as previous ones but we have won the last one and have some deserved rest in high spirits now.
