I do think the proportion of the numbers that is up for the off at Millwall is different to other clubs. The off is what they are about. Or trying to be intimidating. They are a small, poorly supported club with no real football heritage. But they are all brought up on the "NOLU" nonsense, with harry the dog, The Treatment, F Troop etc etched into what being Millwall is about. That sort of is their identity and - hats off - you will find that most will at least not back off and will jump in even if they are not outwardly looking for it. This is all fuelled by the press looking for everything they do and blowing it out of proportion. They love the rep. It is all they have. Doesn't make them hard or harder than anyone else( in fact they've tended to come a cropper when the numbers have evened up) but the numbers up for it will usually be on their side and that is why we are still going on about them on here
