normally you see a @username which is basically him replying to a question from somebody.

back to subject. viney has fallen. i read his tweets as they come.. totally the wrong attitude.. doesnt care for his career just his bank balance. probably afraid of abit of hard graft in a lower league/another team

Only just sussed what he meant by "Joey Squad". That is disgraceful, the guy should be punished for making comments like that on the web.

Agree,Joey built 4 Blue Peter bungalows by himself,although could never eat an icecream properly though.

im sure vine has tried to get back but since the leg break hes gone. He just isnt good enough for the team now ,but, if he did bite the bullet and take a small wage drop im sure he would get first team football somewhere else and start to enjoy his football , of course he wont though as hes a footballer, he will just 'tweet' about his misery in the stiffs.

Let's put this into perspective, I'm sure there are alot of over 40s on here who have had a laugh at Joey Deacons expense, back in the day or since, even it it is a tad harsh and not very PC

Vine still appears to be throwing a few toys out though.

I'm 43 and was about 14 when Joey Deacon was on blue Peter,meaning Vine wouldn't have a scooby who he was,i reckon The word Joey comes from the meaning of young kangaroo and is used as a slang for youth team.
