He was linked with a move to West Ham n'all was he not. He won't stay at Palace much longer no matter what happens. He is the best stopper in this League imo. And this sequence of events makes sense.

Palace will drop even further and faster without him. I don't suppose they could complete the move as an emergency loan before the week after this could he? Not like we have enough reasons to gloat and taunt at Selhurst.
