extended highlights quality?

I am not sure who encode the vids, but they encoded the highlights so much that they lost the quality .. I know because of smaller size files but nowadays they are cheap Terabytes harddrives...
the quality really sukxkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkks, can you stop compressing the vids plizzzzzz!
