    I suspect that like many stadia the stands hamper the sunlight and air movement.
    What did he ask for at Selhurst Park when taking a free kick, that pitch was by far and away the worst back then!:waaaht:

            DID ANYONE SEE HIM WALK ONTO THE FIELD SATURDAY WITH THAT LITTLE HAND RAKE. I go to a lot of away games and see 6 ,7, 8 even 10 people on the field at HT filling in the divots and repairing the pitch which large forks etc. We get some half wit with a frigging hand rake FFS!
