I moved to Asia in June and relnquished my ST, I'm on the site everyday and watch highlights on qpr player...............BUT i must've missed what happened with Smith, or is it still on going?

A bloke on the 606 maeesage board had this update

"I am on holiday in Cornwall and bumped in to Neil Warnock (He has a place down here as do my in laws)

I enquired about the Tommy Smith deal to which he looked at me wryly saying "it hasn't happened has it", he said there has been a problem, but not necessarily at our end.
He said it won't be a problem we'll get him on loan till January and thought he would only miss one game.

He also said Helgs is injured with a bad back and looked quite annoyed by this.

We had a laugh about me leaving the Derby game on 85 mins and then a small chat that I won't bore you with about the delights of Richmond.

I didn't question him too much as I got the feeling he just wanted to enjoy his holiday and to be fair I don't blame him"

is the loan deal until january? someone said it was only until december.. if it's until january it wont be a major problem. I'd rather have him signed anyway
