I would say that it certainly does not help matters. The more they can keep the whole thing under wraps the better. Its obvious really.

No I wouldn't say it was obvious really. Why is it obvious? The whole football world revolves around RUMOURS during the transfer window. We were linked with 3 million players by many newspapers & press agencys during the window so if they got 1 right in that 3 million does that jeapordise a deal? I think not.
