      Really. Any reason why? SSN are reporting we have agreed a fee and he is having a medical. Has he failed it or is there other reasons?

                              If there is a problem with the medical why not sign him on loan till the window with a clause that we agree to sign him at a pre-agreed price if he proves his fitness meanwhile? Just a thought.
