Odd that he wants a winger..
Unless theres more to Cook's long term fitness than we know about? With Vine on his way out and the likes of Buzsaky and Rowlands likely to be playing just through the middle it does leave us short out wide. I think Warnock rates Parker but probably not to deputise over an extended period of time.

Why would you say this Southwales? Have you heard different? I hope you're wrong. Both of these would be icing, cream and candles if blown would keep coming back alight again!

Hulse is not injured and if everything goes well, both early this week should be confirmed. Hulse is apparantly down at Loftus Road in next 48 hours to put pen to paper
I should hope they're sorted early this week! Been very quiet this window Pierre and here you are jumpin on the latest rumour bandwagon as if you knew all along!!

trawled through lots of posts but can't see any word on the winger. I take it then nobody on here has a clue who that is? McAnuff is presumably out of the equation. Mosses I can't see dropping down, even on loan. Smith pledged his future to Pompey but they are in financial trouble. Don't think we have been linked with anyone else.

only seen links to strikers lately, apart from walters of course as he was a combo.
Other than him not seen any mentioned.

A winger is not that surprising.

Ambrose, Walters (both confirmed in the Press) and McAnuff (allegedly) all suggest NW has been looking for a wide player, probably on the right, but one that can contribute goals. ie. A utility player.
