tony hazell, dave webb, terry mancini, phil parkes, peter hucker, "i so know this blokes name but cant say it in my head", dave clement, ian gillard.
GTP .... The player to the right of Dave Clement is Ian Gillard, the player to ther left of Dave is Ian Evans played centre half for us and Wales, think we sold him to Palace! :pleasantsuprise:

Yep, Sorry about that, I just realised that before you posted back and I corrected. Nice to know the "edit message" facility on here works anyway.Originally posted by G.T.Pive named him as ian gillard mate.
i typed the words 'the bloke on the right of clement', so im talking about clements right, not our right looking at the pic.

Think one of the youngsters at the front might be John Delve?Comment

mate, i typed 'on dave clements right' so that means the player on his right, not our right looking at the picture. i named ian gillard next to clement if you read my post.

thanks for clearing up ian evans as the player on dave clements right for me tho.

I see John Beck on the left 2nd row from bottom, unfortunately just left Histon.I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley BowlesComment

Hucker came into the side around 81/82. Think he took over from John Burridge? Made his way to star in 82 Cup Final and was only a youngster. Wouldn't have been him in 74.Comment

Yes, that's Ricky Teale -- I really fancied him when I was 13, and devastated that he left!!!I believe the 2nd goalkeeper was RICHARD TEALE.
Only had 2 games and went to Fulham.

I have got that team photo upstairs with my scrapbooks of the time.
Along with various others from the late 60's/early 70's.
Now I feel really, really old.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I was at the cottage when martyn busby bust his leg - happened right in front of us - remember hearing the bone snap!! Horrendous! The lads in the front row with diffrent shirts on are QPR youth team ..... I think! Can only make out one of them, in front of Terry Venables, looks like Tony Tagg. But the one who rocked my socks .... dead centre of the back row ... Martyn Busby! But for that broken leg he suffered at Craven Cottage, Martyn would have been a full England International ..... most of us who are old enough to have seen him play will agree that he would have been better than Gerry ..... and that's saying something!
Cor wot happy times down at the Bush.Comment
