The clubs have agreed a deal over his wages so what's the problem?.

Technically it isn't cheating, but it feels like it is.

They can't afford him. He doesn't belong in this division - no matter how much people hate him - he was one of the Prems best players last year. He doesn't want a wage cut, so he prefers to go to a team in our div to keep his wages as city will sub it if not to a rival.

They haven't really had any kind of opposition, even when they played Sheff Utd they could only manage a draw (at home too) where we thrashed them (away).
