    Songs and Transfers

Lets not be gutted about losing out on walters...

3 milllion... to much, average striker... we can get a better cheaper option IMHO

    Keep the faith

Also, why is it, we make all these good songs on the board but never ever sing them.. Potentially we could have a great atmosphere again and be known as some really good away fans...

If we have the sort of money banded about regarding Julie Walters then surely a decent striker is a cert!!! 2.75m would buy maybe 2 of the names we have ranted on about in the last 2/3 weeks!!!

after the walters episode, it really is looking like warnock is trying to build a really strong squad, and paying that for a wide man who isnt prolific just says that he was part of the jigsaw and even more money will come for a stiker or even two.
maybe the wise old man is waiting for the 25 law cos he knows there will be some proper beautys regarding goalscorers made available to purchase for a bit cheaper than they would be now. thats my honest take on it.

25 rule will only release players after the window is shut (it bites the day after) so cost is not an issue. Only way to pick a player who has been released due to this would be a loan, at best. So cost not an issue. And all signs are that there will be no real release of talent. This rule has been known to be coming for 5 years and has been planned for. It is nonsense to rely on some flood of players on the cheap. That is a fact (a word I know has over-used on this site lately but in this case it is used correctly)

yeah but you can still take them on loan and agree a purchase for when the window opens again.
its all good here, so good. being pipped by stoke just proves our intentions ten fold imho.
lets all get excited, good players are coming. and thats a FACT
